Safety Waiver and Cancellation Policy

SAFETY WAIVER

Upon mutual consideration of both parties, I release Sunshine Mountain Company from all liability relating to injuries or property damage that may occur during one of the sign parties or after due to hanging error. By agreeing to these policies, I agree to hold Sunshine Mountain Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries or damage incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. 

I acknowledge the risks involved working with wood and wood related products. Nail guns, nails, wood, sandpaper, screws, wire, paint (acrylic, chalk, and/or latex) and oil based stain that may be used during the parties. I do not have conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, registration fees are non-refundable. If you cancel within the time frame listed below, you will be given a credit that can be used towards another workshop. Credits must be used within one year of the originally scheduled workshop. 

• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop. 

I agree that all sales are final. In the event that I do not show up for any reason or attempt cancellation outside of the timeframe mentioned above, my registration fee will be forfeited. 

SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

We will take pictures and video during the workshops so we can share the experience and final products on social media and in our marketing and advertising. If you would prefer not to be included in the photos or video recording, please notify the instructor at the workshop. By not opting out, I release Sunshine Mountain Company to share my photos on social media and in business marketing and advertising.
